In April, EA Sports named Super Bowl XLIII adversaries Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals and Troy Polamalu of the Pittsburgh Steelers as cover athletes for Madden NFL 10. The move was notable, in that it marked the first the first time in the franchises history in which two players were named to the cover of a Madden NFL installment.

With Madden NFL 10 due for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, and Wii on August 14, fans of the football sim will be able to engage the two athletes in a bit of preseason play thanks to GameStop’s content-exclusive demo. Scheduled for release in late July, the demo serves as a preorder incentive for Madden NFL 10 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The demo will let players pit the Steelers against the Cardinals in five-minute quarters.

Yeah, that’s great.

But can I play Favre in a sundress or a diaper?  With a blanket to cry in?
